Since 1920
Founded in 1920, the aim of the Northumberland Ladies County Golf Association is the promotion and encouragement of golf throughout the County within the framework of the R&A Rules of Golf and England Golf.
The Association welcomes all members and is worthy of support by both active and no longer active golfers.

Congratulations to Charlotte Naughton who had a magnificent tournament coming 2nd and winning the Lawson trophy for the best under 18 player.

Played at Tynedale golf club. Winners from Tynedale were Rita Barber and Barbara Younger. Runners up were Joanna Lawson and Cindi Sexton-Shaw.

COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS
The wet weather for our County Championship at Tynemouth Golf Club played a big part but certainly did not affect the quality of golf produced by our ladies. Tynemouth was forced to close the course on Sunday after torrential overnight rain. It was decided to hold the championship over two
