A group of ten ladies enjoyed a very sunny taster day at Bellingham Golf Club. The taster day will be followed by some group coaching sessions all made possible by a grant from NLCGA. Several clubs have benefitted from NLCGA grants this year to encourage more ladies to take up golf. Similar grants will be available next season. The ladies

Hole in one for City’s Lynn Jacobs in the first Shield match of the season away at Goswick. Congratulations Lynn. Just like busses, you wait for one for ages then two come along at once! Congratulations also to our own Charlotte Naughton who aced the 16th at Arbroath Golf Links in the Scottish Girls Championship.
