Morpeth Golf Club played host to a lively Delegates Day, bringing together teams for a spirited blend of sport and smarts. The event featured 12 holes of golf across the club’s scenic course, followed by a quiz that tested general knowledge and quick thinking.
In a unique twist, scores from both the golf and quiz segments were combined to determine the overall winning team—celebrating not just golfing skill but teamwork and brainpower. The day was marked by camaraderie, laughter, and a shared love of the game, with everyone enjoying the relaxed yet competitive atmosphere. The winning team was Julia Tate of Blyth, Cath Debbage of Alnmouth and Lynn Patrick of Close House.
