FORMAT
Each Club is invited to enter a team of 5 players in the TR Percy matchplay knockout.
This event is for golfers with Handicap Index : 20.0 – 29.9 Players with a lower handicap index may not play in this competition. Players with a higher handicap index may play but must play with a handicap index of 29.9
The teams are drawn at random and may be drawn to play at home or at the away course. Matches are played off handicap and the winning team will progress to the next round.
The final is played on a neutral course and each team may have caddies for the final only.
The TR Trophy was presented in 1950 by Mr T R Percy of City of Newcastle.
