Scout Cups

A Greensomes Stableford competition open to any lady golfer from Northumberland or Durham. This event is played in alternate years in Durham or Northumberland.

Played for the Scout Cups which are held by the winning pair for one year.
All proceeds from the competition are divided between the Scouts and Guides in Northumberland and Durham

Handicap allowance is 60% of the lower player’s handicap plus 40% of the higher player’s handicap

The Trophies – The Scout Cups
The original gold cup presented in 1938 was replaced in 1955 by two silver cups presented by Mr Smith of Ringtons Tea Co.
